MENTAL-HEALTH RESOURCES

Clarity can be the first form of care.

UNDERSTAND

When should I consult a psychiatrist?

Persistent changes in sleep, mood, thought, behaviour or daily functioning deserve attention—not judgement.

FOR FAMILIES

Supporting someone through psychosis

Stay calm, listen without confrontation, reduce stimulation and seek professional assessment early.

FOR PARENTS

A child’s behaviour is communication

Repeated school refusal, aggression, withdrawal or falling performance may signal distress.

Educational information only; it does not replace clinical assessment. In an emergency, contact local emergency services or visit the nearest emergency department.

BEGIN WHEN YOU’RE READY
